Today I am writing to share a powerful, prophetic message the Lord has given me for you for 2016. I know this message will bring breakthroughs for you in areas that have seemed impossible.
But first, from my family to yours, Happy New Year!
Maybe for you, just like here at the ministry, 2015 was a year in which Satan tried his best to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). He threw his best shot but we overcame! Last year you may have seen some small victories along the way, but now God is about to cause some major breakthroughs!
As we step into this new year, I am thankful for you and all our partners. I link my faith with yours and believe for God’s supernatural power to bring healing where there is sickness, prosperity where there is lack, and peace where there is turmoil!
As previously mentioned, the Lord recently spoke a prophetic word to me concerning this new year. I was preaching in Boston and, after the service, I was in my hotel room getting ready to sleep. I was tired and about to turn the lights off when I kept hearing these words in my spirit, “Extraordinary things are taking place in the heavenlies, and 2016 will come to be known as the year of the great breaking loose.”
Well, that kind of ruined my sleep for a little while; I couldn’t get it off my mind. And I had it on my mind the whole time I was flying home. Eventually, the Lord added these words to it, “More and more notable miracles will break loose in the earth. More and more signs and wonders. More and more angelic visitations. More and more instant healings. More and more deliverances from demonic activity. And more and more finances will break loose, so my people can do more for the kingdom of God, saith the Lord.”
That is my desire for you today! I want to see you walking in more and more of the total victory for which Jesus paid!
I declare that 2016 will be a year of great breaking loose in your life!
I can’t help but think of the story, in Luke 13, of the little woman with the spirit of infirmity for eighteen years. For nearly two decades this woman had been suffering. She could find no relief. It seemed hopeless to her that things would ever change.
In Luke 13:12, however, we read, “But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, ‘Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.’ 13 And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.”
Is there something you have been believing God for, standing in faith for, for a long time? I want you to know, things that looked as though they would never come to pass are about to break loose!
Not everything happens instantly in your faith walk. Not everything happens before dark. Not everything happens in a week, in a month, or even in a year. I’ve stood for some things 20 years before they manifested. But when they manifested, I forgot how long it took. That didn’t seem important anymore. Why? Because what God did, men said it couldn’t be done anyway!
Some people live a lifetime and never see the impossible happen for them. So what’s 20 years? Most people spend 30 years paying their mortgage off. What’s 20 years standing in faith?
But what I hear God saying in this prophetic message is that we have come to a place that He is referring to as the great breaking loose. So that tells me some of the things you’ve been believing for, standing for, looked as though they’d never come to pass – 2016 will finally be the year they’re going to break loose!
I believe what the Holy Spirit is saying to you right now, “It’s time for your great breaking loose!” If you’re in any kind of bondage, then begin to decree, “My days of bondage are over and I’m loosed in Jesus Name!”
I believe as we enter into 2016, it’s going to get more and more difficult for Satan to keep any of God’s people bound. If you’ll just dare believe God, it’s time for the great breaking loose!
After I returned from Boston, I continued to listen to what else the Holy Spirit might have to say about this. Here is what He revealed to me:
“During this time of the great breaking loose the enemy will no longer be able to hold back that which my faithful ones have stood in faith for – not even the things that looked as though they would never come to pass. For I will cause them to break loose and to suddenly manifest and to do so in such a way that no one will be able to deny the greatness of your God!”
Satan has been trying his best to stop your victory, but no longer will he be able to hold it back! During this time of the great breaking loose, the things that seemed like they would never happen will happen suddenly!
This reminds me of the account in Daniel, Chapter 10, where an evil spirit was preventing him from receiving what he had asked God for.
There’s something Daniel is believing for here. It’s not a personal thing; it’s in regard to the nation of Israel and the people. And yet it seems like there were forces that had come against him and were not allowing him to receive what he had set his faith for.
I’ve also experienced that many times. Maybe you have too. You’re doing everything you know to do, you’re speaking the word of God, you’re praying, fellowshipping with the saints, you give generously, but it seems like nothing is happening.
Why? Because there’s spiritual warfare going on the moment you released your faith. That’s not when Satan rolls over and plays dead, that’s when he determined to resist you even more! Because not all people who exercise faith stick with it, he hopes you’ll be one of those who won’t stick with it. He hopes you’ll give in to the pressure.
It was during this trying time for Daniel that God sent an angel to minister to him. This angel says in Daniel 10:12, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day…your words were heard, and I have come in response to them.” Now watch this closely in verse 13, “But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days.”
From the first time that Daniel prayed and began to seek God, those words were heard by God.
I’ve got good news for you! The moment you pray and believe you receive, heaven hears you.Don’t ever say again, after you pray, “Nothing’s happening.” That’s not true. In the unseen, there’s a lot happening.
The question is are you willing to wait for it? Satan may try his best to stop your breakthrough, but I declare to you today that now is the time for your great breaking loose!
God is behind the scenes working on your miracle right now.
The victory is on the way, and Satan can’t hold it back any longer! You might as well just begin to rejoice and thank God for it right now!
