Hebrew 1:14 AMP speaks of the fact that angels, “…ministering spirits sent [by God] to serve (accompany, protect) those who will inherit salvation…”

The word “minister” in that verse means to attend to, so our angels are to perform service for us! In fact, most of the marvels and wonders that took place throughout scripture reveal angels were directly involved.
